Preparation 10-11.30am

Step 1: Discuss who will present the following:

  1. A summary of ALL the Let’s Build Great Things! at SAT program (Alternately, Priyanka or Rani video?)

  2. The three teams final ideas (children should present this)

  3. Where the final design will be for the triennial, and all the elements that were combined.

(the following can be presented by situating participants at ‘stations’ but good to plan it out first)

  1. Maze

  2. Cave

  3. Magic

  4. waterfall

  5. Nature

  6. Cat + Birdhouse

  7. Wayfinding

  8. (any other elements missing on this list

Step 2: Final touches to exhibition space

Step 3: Prepare to welcome family and friends as a group

1. Arrival

People arrive and have time to look at the gallery wall. Tea/ coffee / snacks will be available while everyone settles in.

2. Opening

3. Student Tour

The children will share their experience of designing an installation for the triennial. They will talk about the ideas behind team’s idea and and the challenges they faced while building the prototypes

Guests are invited to ask supportive questions and join the discussion.
